Currency: All prices are displayed in IDR. Payments will be processed in IDR.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed. Please keep this email for your records.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded at checkout, provided there are no damages to the property.
Special Packages: For certain special packages, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in: Guests will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to check-in: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Packages:
Please be aware that certain special packages may be non-refundable. Guests should review the specific terms associated with their booking at the time of reservation.
Early Departures and Changes:
Early departures or delays due to plan changes, flight changes, or other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund. To protect yourself from these situations, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
