Payment and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, please review our payment and cancellation policy:

Payment Terms

  1. Prepayment Requirements:

    • Bookings made more than 30 days prior to check-in: A 50% prepayment is required to secure your reservation. We will send two payment links via our payment gateway, Xendit:
      • The first payment (50%) must be completed within 3 days of making the reservation to confirm your booking.
      • The second payment (50%) is due 30 days before your arrival.

    • Bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely through the payment links provided via Xendit. We accept credit/debit cards and other digital payment options.

  3. Currency: All prices are displayed in IDR. Payments will be processed in IDR.

  4. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed. Please keep this email for your records.

  5. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded at checkout, provided there are no damages to the property.

  6. Special Packages: For certain special packages, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

  7. Payment Issues: If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in: Guests will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  2. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to check-in: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund will be issued.

  4. Non-Refundable Packages:
    Please be aware that certain special packages may be non-refundable. Guests should review the specific terms associated with their booking at the time of reservation.

  5. Early Departures and Changes:
    Early departures or delays due to plan changes, flight changes, or other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund. To protect yourself from these situations, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
